A deposit of 30% is required in order to confirm the booking, the rest of the money can be paid in cash before the activity starts.
Payment needs to be in euros, for payments converted from exchange rates, the current bank rate will be used plus any charges incurred.
In all activities, the riding insurance is included in the basic price.
We do not provide a refund for cancelled bookings.
In case you need to cancel a booking because of illness, an emergency or bad weather conditions, the activities can be rescheduled. Please inform us as soon as possible if this happens.
We recommend you to book in advance to guarantee a free place.
Activity conditions
Please check-in at the agreed time according to the booking. We allow a 10-minute grace period for delays, after this time there will be an additional charge of €5 per person. After a delay of 30 minutes, the booking is automatically cancelled.
We recommend that you bring sunscreen, insect spray, long trousers, appropriated shoes and some carrots or apples.
Remind that the booking confirmation is done through WhatsApp where the exact address and booking details will be specified.
In all activities, we provide riding helmets and chaps for your safety.
It should be noted that our weight limit is 80 kilos, taking our animal welfare into account.
Activity description
Please check-in at the agreed time and at the address specified in the booking confirmation.
In addition, you make the payment of the rest of the money (70%).
After check-in you will have some minutes to try out the helmets and chaps to find out which one fits the best.
Then we continue to the horses, where we make a quick introduction about every horse, and you can get to know them by feeding some carrots at the same time.
Afterwards the guide makes a quick introduction on how our horses are handled so you get theoretical prepared for the activity.
After the introduction, you get a few minutes to practice with the horses on the riding place and to ask questions if necessary.
At the end of the activity, the horses get their compensation with some carrots or apples.
